    Arm size

    hey, so iv notice my right arm is a tad bigger then my left.. not in the bicep but in the tricep.. how would i fix that? add more weight on the left side.?? right now i do close grip bench, skullcrushers and tricep extentions.

    no not at all keep same weight but do 1 more set with weaker arm

    I agree 100%, do a few more reps with the lagging arm. I have this problem myself, where my right arm will be a little bit bigger than the left if I let it, so I always do a few more reps with my left arm, and make it do more work than the right, to keep things even.

    i'm always alittle weaker in one arm i use the same weight and # of reps the weak arm will catch up or it works for me. say my left arm is weaker and a little smaller 3 weks from now the left one may be a little bigger and stronger than the right mine alwys seems to balance out but thats just me

    Use dumbells more often, when you use barbells have somebody check your form and make sure each side is moving equally. I remember when I first started skull crushers I was moving more with the right so I lightened up and slowed down. It worked for me.
