hard to say since noone can see your legs or back. those beach muscles look pretty good though.

Just got back into doing legs again, had a bad knee injury that kept me away from weights and cardio.....I'll post some back pics!!!

Thanks fellas......I have been hitting my chest pretty hard lately (usually get it in twice a week, mondays & fridays). I would like to gain a little size in that area, especially the upper chest.
If you guys have any favorite lifts that isolate the upper pecs I would appreciate it!!!

whats ur cycle history??
if i was u, and if i was gonna do a muscle twice a week i'd throw them in on mondays and thursdays but thats not something i would recommend unless ur currently on a cycle. i've done muscle groups twice a week and havent seen any difference. but thats just me.
my chest routine is 3 sets of flat bench, 3 sets of incline, 3 sets of dumbell flat and 3 sets of dumbell incline. that really works for me. flies and decline are a waste imo unless ur a pro bodybuilder and are competing.

how are flies a waste unless you are a pro, dumbbell flies are an amazing exerice when done correctly and can really add shape and size to your chest

Kale...LOL, women are always my primary focus, thanks for the compliment man.
Soccer...I have done 2 cycles in the past but I haven't messed w/ any in about 3 years. I am afaid that I will get too big and look like a midget walking around, LOL. I have experienced w/ a Phera-bol cycle about this time last yr. and it seemed to work pretty good for me but for my stature I dont want to get much bigger, my primary focus right now is my diet to get some more definition in my arms and abs and also muscle separation.
Yeah, I agree w/ Ajc that flyes are an awesome exercise for chest, they seem to really emphasize the shaping process.
My chest routine is as follows:
Smith Machine Flat Bench 245-12-, 265-10, 285-8, 305-6, 315-4
Pec-Dec 110-12,12,12,12,12
Push-ups until failure
*these 3 exercises are performed as a tri-superset.
Smith Incline 185-10, 205-8, 225-6, 245-4
Flat DB flyes 30-until failure
*these 2 exercises are performed as a superset.
Hammer Strength Incline 110-12, 130-10, 150-8
DB palms up 20-until failure
*these 2 exercises are performed as a superset.

ur stats correct?...ur 145?..look bigger than that..i thought u were 165ish...depends on the look u want...ur body looks proportionate for ur weight i think,....maybe a little more chest...i can tell u need to hit ur calves more...what are your other stats..bi's legs..waist ect

Yep, stats are pretty close......5'5 only 150 6% (last time I measured)....I don't have any measurements for bis,chest,legs..waist is 30.
I have been hitting legs/calves hard since I started back w/ my leg workouts, so should be getting some growth in that area, I do calves EOD.....I do have sprinter legs, seems really hard to get them to grow but we'll see!!!!!!!

yea i ran xc and track in hs...legs had definition but no mass...you know what worked for my calves was one of those explosive jump training drills...bball players do em..workd for me give it a try....u might be able to find a video on youtube of it
also try heavy dips for ur chest...really helps bring up the size
