    5x5 training program

How does this look? Any criticisms or critiques are welcomed. I am going on a cycle of test e and dbol in a few weeks and am wondering if this looks like a good training program to use up until I start my cycle and into it. This is obviously a bulking cycle and I am going for mass and strength. Thank-you for taking the time to read and post.

    Day 1 (Chest/Calves)
    Flat Bench 5x5
    Incline Dumbell Press 2x8
    Incline Flies 2x8
    Standing calve raises 2x15

    Day 2 (Back/Shoulders)
    Military Press 5x5
    Deadlifts 5x5
    Side Lateral Raises 3x8
    Chin-Ups(Wide grip) 2x8
    Shrugs 2x8
    Seated rows 2x8

    Day 3&4 (Rest)

    Day 5 (Biceps/Triceps)
    Close grip bench 5x5
    Standing Barbell curls 5x5
    Skull crushers 2x8
    standing db curls 2x8
    dips 2x10
    seated preacher curls 2x8

    Day 6 (Legs)
Squats maybe.. will have to do them on the smith machine which i hate 5x5
    Leg press 2x8
    Leg curls 2x8
    seated calve raises 5x15

    Day 7(Rest)

I think I got this off of this site a while ago, or something similar and maybe tweaked it a bit but I searched and could not find it again.. I have it saved in a word document.. anyways any help is greatly apprecated.

I like it man!! thats the way I use 5x5. Only difference is after my 5x5 movements I like 3-4 sets of 15-20 on the other movements, but Im a volume guy. looks solid to me.

Thanks for your reply. I've never done the 5x5 before, maybe I'll go for 10-15 on other movements.
