    Eating

    eating on your days off? how effective is that compared to eating on days you go to gym.

    ya i figured, I thought maybe it would help to eat more on your days off, but i do not know why i was thinking that.

    calorie intake should be bout the same on days off as ur training days as ur still going to need the fuel to aid in repair of ur worn down/damaged muscle tissue..
    if ur dieting real hard u can decreases ur caloric intake on ur days off by the proper amount dictated by a calorie calculator.. usually its 500-700cals for a normal weight lifting session or abouts
