reps
whats the best rep range to add on muscle and gain strenth?
i was told
1st set-10-8
2nd set-8-6
3rd set-4-6
works real good and also
1st set-12-10
2nd set-10-8
3rd set-8-6
works good too just wondering what would be much better and also im on gear as well

I get best results when i go in the 2-4 range. 4 max! Get a spotter if you don't have one.
