    Workout critque

I just wanted to get some opinions on my work out that i made up. I lift 4 days a week. The work out days are usually tuesday wenesday thursday and saturday just because it fits my schedule with school and work.
Tuesdays and saturdays i do either back and bi's or chest shoulders and Tris. on thursdays i do what i didnt lift on tuesday. I switch it up each week so one week i hit back and bis twice and the next i hit chest and tris twice.

Skull crushers- 3 sets of 8
Dumbbell press- 3 sets of 8
Military press 3 sets of 8
Shoulder shrugs- 3 sets of 10-12
For flat and incline i switch between dumbbell and barbell every week.

    Legs
Leg press 4 sets of 10
    squat 3 sets of 6
    Deadlift 4 sets of 5
Dumbbell lunges- 3 sets of 8
Calf raises 3 sets of 15
Leg curl 3 sets of 8

    Back, bis, forarms

Standing rows- 3 sets of 10
Wide grip pull ups- 3 sets each till failure
Concentration curls- 3 sets of 8
Hammer curls 2 sets of 10
Incline curls 3 sets of 10
Barbell curl- 3 sets of 10
Behind the back forearm curls-3 sets of 10
Wrist curls- 3 sets of 10

I do abs three days a week as well. I just kinda made this up from what I've read and seen others do. Hopefully I can get some tips on how to make it better. Thanks guys

just keep it as simple as possible... less is more.
