you dont acquire abs from training, you get them from dieting down and getting in the single digit bf%'s
cardio and diet..
resistance training is crucial as well since lifting will increase ur metabolism helping u drop bodyfat

So basically you are saying that you want to BUILD mass right now.
Do you have a good bulking diet ready?
Do you have a good training routine for building some good mass?
If so, good.
Post it up, I will take a peak at it and let you know what I think.
For best results, you need to decide which direction you want to go, cutting or bulking up, nothing in between.
About injecting yourself, I hope you did joke about it. Because it would be a joke if you did in fact inject yourself.

so ur 145lbs and 5'9" and ur body fat is too high? cause 145 lbs at that height u should have abs if ur bf is under control. and if its not i would tend to believe u are eating but not the right foods! defintition if u want leg lifts always help. dont take advice from me though my abs suck!
I don't see anyhitng special about this program
I can loose 16lbs in 16 weeks just by doing my cardio and eating properly.
