My current split does tri's and bi's on the same day. Currently I do two tri exercises followed by two bi exercises. Is there any advantage to alternating (i.e. tri-bi-tri-bi)?

i like to superset bi's and tri's
for example straight bb curls for bi's and cgbp for tri's
do a set of curls - a set of cgbp - break - repeat
gives me a great pump and stretches the muscle u just worked
i like to do bis first to warm up my joints. i feel like it helps keep my joints from
hurting this way.
I get a stonger pump in my entire arm when I superset.
I was supersetting closegrip bench and rope pulldowns on tris, and barbell curls with hammer curls on bis. Did that for 5 weeks, and am now changing things up. Just wondering if there's an advantage to continueing to do both exercises on the same muscle back-to-back.
i like switching bis and tris every exercise, i feel if i work one first the other muscle doesn't get as good of a workout because i'll be more fatigued.. makes sense .. i superset my last 2 exercises of the workout usually
I use to work tri/chest and bis/back but now that i do arms on a separate day they have grown and gotten stronger, best change i ever made to my workout routine
