Day # 1 Bicep/Forearms
I would like to hear from all of you what you think about this day 1 plan.
Frist, My plan over all is to gain lean mass, My diet is going good for now, and I plan on getting it abit better but as time go's on...
Anyways, Tomorrow I will post my Day # 2 and all the way to day 5. Everyday I am building myself a plan and trying it out and would like to hear from you's what you think..?
BB Preacher - 4x6
stand DB Curls- 4x8each hand
Rev BB Forearm- 4x8
Lying Bench DB CURL- 4X8
Cable Curl - 10/8/6/5/3 5-10sec rest between
DB Forarm Curl - 4x8
Rev DB Forearm Curl- 4x8
Ski machine thing for 10-15min AT a low heart rate 105-120
Then a Deadful ending with Stand BB curl - Max out 3x8
PLEASE ADD IN OR LAUGH WHATEVER, JUST LET ME KNOW THANKS!

is it just me or is that 28+ sets you're doing? big time over training IMO.. you gotta find what works for you.. I guess you're doing both forearm and bi's so thats split but still seems like a bit much for bi's forearms..

its just you because i counted 29 lol. thats overtraining drop to 2 sets for each or drop 2 excercises at the least

ya try superseting. i wednesday i did a arm w.o and my friend quit on the first excersize. i dont really break a sweat unless i superset or go high reps

Yeah eh, I was doing 3 x 10-12reps, and got some gains, and now I feel like my Arms aren't getting that burn or gaining. and I am eating pretty good, I could get better forsure, But I am getting my protein and the carbs and Fat could use the work.

I mean first problem is that your day one workout should be a large muscle group to boost your natural Test and GH levels for the rest of the week...
Something like:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2:Chest/bi's
off
Day 3:Back
Day 4: Delts/Tri's
or switch day one with three...
