ok so i was told to do this split for my routine...
day 1 legs ,abs
day2 back,bis,forearms
day3 chest, tris,shoulders
day4 rest
day 5 legs,abs
day6 back ,bis,forearms
day 7 chest.tris,shoulders?
im considering this for my 14 week cycle
or if anyone has a better split by all means let me hear it
