good workout?
ok so i was told to do this split for my routine...
day 1 legs ,abs
day2 back,bis,forearms
day3 chest, tris,shoulders
day4 rest
day 5 legs,abs
day6 back ,bis,forearms
day 7 chest.tris,shoulders?
im considering this for my 14 week cycle
or if anyone has a better split by all means let me hear it

I'm not a big fan of doing more then 2 bodyparts a session, even less is doing back and bis together...that's just me. You'd be better off with a 5 day split, plus you get one extra day off. One possible way would be:
day 1. Chest and Hams (+calves) - 60 to 75 mins
day 2. Back Width (+ abs) - 40-50 mins
day 3. rest
day 4. Shoulder and Quads (+ calves) - 60-75 mins
day 5. Back Thickness (+abs) - 40 - 50 mins
day 6. Bis and Tris - 40 - 50 mins
day 7. rest

I dont like it. especially legs after back.
