Exercise for lateral delts apart from lateral raise

Hey, because of an injury to my wrist I cant really do lateral raises, so need a new exercise to really hit my lateral delts. Anybody got any suggestions as to what I could do for them apart from lateral raises? Upright rows are the only thing that come to mind, unsure if a narrow or broad grip would be better though? Thanks

any abduction exercise above 30 degrees abduction will hit the lateral delt. Along with bench and shoulder press to an extent.

A tiger paw wrist brace could help with lateral raises..

I agree with Muscle Science. Upright rows and dumbbell shoulder presses work the medial heads.

Press behind the neck nails the side delts but you should never go down very far. For some it can cause shoulder problems so beware.
