A lot of things. Diet, rest, stress or maybe you just need a break.

You know yourself better than we do. Think back to when you were working out and everything was ok. Now, is everything in your life now the same as it was then? Stress is a killer. $ problems. Women? Try taking a break for a week or two.

I wouldn't do anything. When you start gettin anxious to get back at it i would wait still a little longer. This has happened to me several times in the past. Just exhausted man. Felt like a piece of shi# for not going but it did help. Shi# man i just came back about 6 months ago from a 2 year layoff. I lost a lot of strength but i gotta tell you, i'm a freakin animal in the gym cause of the layoff. I have a little help but i've gained 8.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Can't stress enough the importance of rest. Good luck.
