dumbells and grip
at the gym the other day i was using the 130 db for dumbell press and on my 5th rep my wrist kinda like buckeld but i had control and i had to drop the weight or it would of fell on me. i have no problem with 110s but anuthing above that it seems my wrists cant handle it why is this?

what could i do to prevent this? would wrist wraps be a good idea?

personally i wouldnt waste money on wrist wraps, buy some athletic tape and use that, way more support. or have a spotter hold your wrists instead of elbows just incase it happens again they can catch it before it crushes your face
