    Long Arms -Tall Guy

What are some techinques to incorperate for being a tall guy, naturally my bench is weaker than that of a short guy and pullups are tough it seems that bar is a long way up. I have read the I should try partial reps for benching to keep my deltoids out of it. Anyone have some advice.

    6'3".

When I bench I lower the bar and my elbows and forearms go past 90 degrees this puts tension on my front delts and takes away from my chest.

    I am 6'3 as well.

I train same way as every other guy that wants to be big.

Full extension, full reps.... It is a bit harder, true, because of longer limbs etc, but as long as you don't go TOO heavy with weights and keep the proper from, you will be fine.

What I did, I focused more on making my delts stronger and I did the bench presses that did not bother my shoulders.

I would suggest doing this. It did work for me...

This guy is 6'10" 350, however I think he is not exactly, natural. Well, as natural as a 3-headed dog.
