has anyone ever used gymnastic rings for push ups, dips, pull ups etc? wondering how effective it is vs. with weights. the stabalizing muscles get punished and it's hard as hell imo...

I've always wanted to try that.
im a former gymnast and you see what i look like with not lifting weights. so IMO rings and using your body weight can do wonders....though im not as strong at lifting weights.....i believe its a whole different type of using your muscles
