im currently training at home and my bench can decline... thats why i was asking the question so i would know if it is really worth me buying a "dip station"

Decline is actually one of the most debated exercises in BBing....
IMO, Incline, Flat, Fly's, and dips are the 4 essential chest exercises. Doing them consistently with proper volume and form will hit your chest from top to bottom and left to right, I don't see the need for decline.
