    Increasing the weight!

willl I still grow if I used the same weights for a routine two weeks in a row? Ive been adding 5lbs to every lift but this cant go on forever...wondering if I try to up them every 2 weeks now will I still gain mass, or is this maintaining only?

What are you asking? If you increase weights you will gain mass. You just said if you keep adding weight will you be maintaining... no you will grow.

Dude you're fine. Just work on getting some good solid reps with better form. Sometimes it takes a little longer than a week for you to be able to hold a higher weight comfortably. But you'll notice in the meantime that you'll have more control over the same weight you were lifting the week before.

As long as you're progressing (in either rep/weight) on a regular basis (i.e. every 2 or 3 weeks), you're body is still adapting well to the program.

I will change exercises, reps, time under tension (tempo), or even the entire program if I have not progressed for 3 weeks. If need be, you can utilize Kaizen principles, which often allows trainees, utilizing small (2.5-5 lbs) incremental increases, to continue their progression for weeks.

I should add, that progression obviously follows the law diminishing returns depending on ones genetic, etc.

right on point there. alot of people dont know that they need to change the exercises because your body adapts to the work and changing it will increase mass greatly
