    decline?

    ok so I was flexin in the mirror lol and noticed when u flex your arms arms are towards the ground like dacline soooo shouldnt decline be the best for workin pecs? and your hands are towards the middle of the body not out to side so shouldnt decline dumbells be best rather than bar cause it replicates the motion of flexing more?

    you were flexing your lower pecs. your pecs have to parts upper and lower. so work them both out...

    fair enough

    my question was/is shouldnt decline hit chest hard bc it memics the flexin of your pecs better...in other words when u flex u contract your chest muscles and when flexin your arms are in a position similar to decline sooo should decline work best?
