Can only get to gym for an hour on weekdays, so I'm only hitting one body part a day (except on arms day). Any critique of my split is welcomed and much appreciated. Cutting right now, thats why so much cardio.
Mon- AM cardio, Chest
Tue- AM cardio, Back, core
Wed- Legs
Thu- AM cardio, arms
Fri- AM cardio, shoulders, abs/obliques
Sat (every other week or so)- AM cardio, deads and shrugs, lower back
Sun- AM cardio, no weight training
Any thoughts? Over-training? Keep in mind, hard for me to get in on weekends and can only get in for an hour on weekdays so 2 muscle group splits not an option.
