    Opinions on my split

    Can only get to gym for an hour on weekdays, so I'm only hitting one body part a day (except on arms day). Any critique of my split is welcomed and much appreciated. Cutting right now, thats why so much cardio.

    Mon- AM cardio, Chest
    Tue- AM cardio, Back, core
    Wed- Legs
    Thu- AM cardio, arms
    Fri- AM cardio, shoulders, abs/obliques
    Sat (every other week or so)- AM cardio, deads and shrugs, lower back
    Sun- AM cardio, no weight training

    Any thoughts? Over-training? Keep in mind, hard for me to get in on weekends and can only get in for an hour on weekdays so 2 muscle group splits not an option.

    I would not be able to put back before legs without a day or two rest.

    PUT DELTS ON WEDNESDAY, ARMS OF THURSDAY AND LEGS ON FRIDAY. PUT DEADS/SHRUGS ON TUESDAY IF POSSIBLE AND DROP THE AM CARDIO..

    thanks guys. So are you saying drop the am cardio just on back day?

    If you are trying to gain muscle mass I would drop all AM cardio, not just on back day..

    Nah, I'm cutting right now. Not overly concerned with gains.
