Pec weak point
My Pecs are well developed except in the center of it, what are the best training exercises to make it more thick so the line is more visible???

weighted dips?

cable crosses..hold em for a two count and flex them..it always works for me!

ok what about flys, dumbell presses, and close grip bench press (not too close)?

flys and dips almost work out the same muscle which is lower pec.. close grip bench press is a tricep excerise.. i would focus on developing ur upper pecs.. with incline presses and incline flys

I know close grip works out triceps, but Im talking about the center or middle of my pecs, Im assuming that pec dec and flys can do the trick...

Same prob i got! upper lower and outside of pecs fine but when you start to go to the centre it anit the best do low cable crossovas and incline flys has got better but not a lot, but ive also read that some people cant develope inner chest due to genetics so looks like stuck with a crappy inner chest(or surgery lol)
