    Magizine Workouts

    okay i want some opinions on this but workouts that come from magazines are they good or not? cuz i wanna try this 9 week one i saw in last month of Flex where everything changes every week for threw weeks but u do it for 9 weeks or so if any one knows what im talken about please assist me ha

    I don't know which article you're referring to, i quit reading them years ago. I have tried some of their workouts in the past and they're ok sometimes. You have to remember that this is their fulltime job. That's why they can eat 6-8 times a day, go to the gym twice a day and take a daily nap.
    What it all boils down to is what works for you. Trial and error is the only way to find out what is best for you. That being said, give it a shot and see. I do agree with changing routines frequently. Keeps the muscles guessing.

    thats what seemed good about this workout because it changes every week it was probably best looking routine ive ever seen in a magazine before so ill give it a shot and let everyone know in 9 weeks how it goes and ill post the routine up after i go threw it its alot ha...the good thing is i do have all the time to do that stuff cuz im 18 i can take my meals to school lift twice a day so it works out for me well =)
