take em if ya want........it not gonna hurt ya.
I take them, about 5-10g. Seems to help me retain lean muscle. If you can find them cheap and in bulk go for it. But dont over pay, not worth it.
i don't take anything except caffeine. many people do take them, but i prefer to be on empty. a precardio offering isn't going to contribute much to keeping mass. the daily total of calories will though. but honestly, do what works for you. if you can lose fat and take BCAA's before cardio. then do it.
I see studies saying yes/no/maybe, but I cant see how it would hurt, calories on 5 grams are next to nothing, so i'll stick with its better to use them than avoid it, I found that they actually help with soreness if your doing sprints on the treadmill, followed by cooldowns.
Would I be better off just taking them when I take my creatine and going empty for cardio that why there is a constant supply in me just at a different time?
