    New split

    I now have a 4-day split:

    Mo: Chest-Bi's
    Th: Rest
    We: Back-Traps
    Thu: Rest
    Vri: Shoulders-Tri's
    Zat: Rest
    Sun: Quads-Hams-Calves

    I wanted to try a 5-day, this is it:

    Mo: Chest
    Th: Rest
    We: Bi's-Tri's
    Thu: Quads-Hams
    Vri: Rest
    Sat: Shoulders
    Sun: Back-Traps

    Looks pretty similar to my 5 day:

    Mon- Back
    Tue- Chest
    Wed- off
    Thu- Legs
    Fri- Bis/Tris
    Sat- Shoulders/Traps
    Sun- off

    My 4 day split is exaclty the same as yours. I'm seeing good gains from it. Your five day split looks solid.

    looks pretty good, but make sure your not overtaining your shoulders at the end of the week. Personally, after 5 tough sets of military press, i have trouble lifting my arms above my head the day after!

    Both the 4 day and the 5 day splits look pretty good!

    I'm a little bit worried about overtraining shoulders, but i'll try it out. My recovery is very fast with all that food and juice, and my joints aren't hurting.

    This week went good so far, short but very intense trainings.

    Another good split!

    Another very good 5 day split would be as follows because it gives the triceps 2 full days of recovery before training the chest-


    Monday-Chest/Calves
    Tuesday-Back/Abs
    Wed- (off)
    Thu- Shoulders/Traps
    Fri- Biceps/Forearms/Triceps
    Saturday-Legs
    Sun-(off)
