Guys I have a quick question. I have been working out my biceps and triceps together. I used to not do this. I have heard that its not good though. What do you guys suggest?

why would it not be good? I do it all the time... excellent.. it is called arms.. throw in forearms too.. both those muscles combined still arent as big as back or chest and obviously legs... people don't say it is bad to do back right? why would it be bad to do arms. see what I am gettin at?
I do bi's and tri's and forarms all together on the same day
I love it. Nice pump. Just make sure you dont do it the day before or after back or chest. Example if you hit chest or back on mon then make sure you dont do it on Sunday or Tuesday, give them some recovery time bc tris get involved with chest and bis same thing with back.
I do bi's, back / tri, chest or shoulders. Some weeks I may not even do bis depending on how intense my back workout was. Or you could do what abbot said...skip a day, dont do bi's the day after back. They need to recover

I've worked bi's and tri's together for years. Works great for me. I've tried mixing it up a few times...but just didn't like it..
