doing the same workout for 12 weeks is generally not a good idea. The key to developing is to keep the body guessing. If you want to workout over a 12 week period why not do 2 6 week programs or even 3 4 week programs? I think you would see much more gains from that.
Also what are your goals? are you trying to slim down or bulk up?
I agree with EvilDavies..A 12 week training cycle is a bit overkill.
