I would just like to note that prior to starting STS i had not worked out for 2 1/2 months and had went from 205 lbs at 11-12% BF to 175lbs plus a couple %. Also all itook was creatine mono beta alanine protein powder no explode t bomb 2's glutamine and bcaa's. Ate 4-5 meals a day

Bent over rows 135 for 12 205 for 6(pretty easy)
t bar 2 plates for 12 3 plates for 15
Db shoulder press 45lbs for 12 80 lbs.for 4
Barbell curl 50lbs for 12 95 lbs for 6
squats 135lbs for 12 265 lbs for 4
I went from 175 lbs. to 190 lbs. in body weight
