    Mass Workout????

    I will be on Dbol with this cycle with tons of cals and protein and carbs. how does this sound?

    Sunday..........Chest
    Monday..........Legs
    Tuesday.........Rest
    Wednesday.....Shoulders/Tris
    Thursday........Rest
    Friday............Back/Bi
    Saturday........Rest

    You only listed which muscles you will be working on each day..........list the actual workouts you will be doing for critiquing.

    ok CHEST: flat bench..incline dumbbells...decline bench...cable flys. LEGS: Squats...leg press..leg curls. SHOULDERS: military press...side dumbbell raises (front,side, back). TRICEPS: close grip bench...skull crushers...dips. BACK: lat pull down.. t bar rows...wide grip pulls ups. BICEPS: Wide grip on straight bar...ez bar close grip....hammer curls..preacher curls.

    Nothing for calves or traps?

    If it's mass you are looking for I would definitely add deads and more rowing to your back day, for shoulders you can add more than laterals and fit some shrugs in for traps, biceps you don't really need that much for if you are going to be working them right after back, for chest you are already doing crossovers and dips on another day i would substitute decline press for another incline exercise like incline db flyes. Leg day looks a little light I would add some extensions, maybe another ham exercise like stiff legged deads and definitely do calves too.

    yea iam def going to add that in.....and for my reps ill be doing 6-8 good?



    should i switch anything up at all???

    because aren't my biceps going to be dead after a heavy back workout?

    For mass 8-12, for some exercises you can do drop sets

    Dude no offense but you are asking some pretty simple training questions, makes me think you are kinda new to training and shouldn't be using aas yet and definately not a dbol only cycle.

    ive been training since i was 16-17 iam now 24 but these last few years ive gotten more serious

    Man why dont you choose a better cycle if you are going to juice, the dbol only cycles are not going to add the lbm you are expecting and you will probably lose it once you stop, I saw your thread last night why are you so hell bent on dbol only? If you are going to juice why not do it right and add some test?!

    agreed. Man dbol only is a waste of money. get some test, solidify some of those water and fat gains. Look into DC training btw.

    how can you not know any more than that if you really been training that long??? And you talking about D-bol cycle makes it sound as if you really dont have a clue.

    and i think the 7 to 8years u say you been training and you cant really come up with your own splits and dont know what goes with what i learned all that in a few days when i started well GL

    dude just get your hands on some test.
    prop - take every m w f and your fine
    enanthate/cpy - take 1ml every mon and thurs, or even just 1 of those days and you are fine.
    sust - take m w f and your fine.

    I just hate to see you waste your money and a cycle on dbol only... its pointless. just get some test, even if you are only doing 250wk of it.

    get rid of the cable flyes.

    add:weighted dips for chest, hack squats, romanian deads, deadlift, bent rows bb or db, incline DB curls

    i personally don't like only training each body part 1 time a week, but you could try this..

    day 1 - chest/tri
    day 2 - legs
    day 3 - off
    day 4 - delts/traps
    day 5 - back/bi
    day 6 - off
    day 7 - off

    use the exercises you have posted + the ones i told you to add, and do
    3 sets at 6-8 reps (failing in that range with heavy weight) and finish each exercise with 1 set of 25 reps at with a 30-40% lighter weight on weeks 1,3,5, and 7
    on weeks 2,4,6,and 8 do each exercise with moderate weight 4 sets at 12 reps failing in the 12-15 rep range.

    Try that with
    1-4 dbol 30-50mg/ed, and
    1-8 test prop 100mg on m w f
