After high school ball ive gotten into playing flag football ( haha yea i know) its more about speed and quickness than size .... does anyone have a proven workout at the gym and/or track that would make me both faster and quicker?

plyometric training
ive searched on here about plyometrics training but i cant find a set workout, any help?
There is not going to me much on this site about that kind of training it's not really geared towards bodybuilding. I suggest you google it or go to the book store to find some books on it.
