    Hey, what are some bulking exercises for back and triceps??

    Wide-grip pullups and dead-lifts for back, weighted dips holding your body vertical for tri's.

    agreed wide grip ia the way to go to be wide,some skullcrushers,or overhead db extensions for tri's

    i seem to get best results from forward a reverse tri pulldowns

    For back definitely wide grip pull-ups, weighted if you can do them. For triceps close grip bench press or weighted dips works very well for me.
