    Tabata training...

    Hi guys. Im currently cutting for the summer. Ive been doing my cv work most mornings before breakfast as well as my usual football (soccer) training and Ive just started boxing.

    A friend has recommended doing Tabata training to help get my body fat % down.

    Bump for this!

    I was just searching the forum for Tabata before I was going to post...

    I do Tabatas once a week up to an event to boost intensity of workouts but I also use them to really punch the VO2 numbers.

    Some of the hardest 4 min you'll do, and if it's not then your not trying hard enough.
