so during the blast we can use another low rep set instead of the medium set? would this help with size? does this change anything as far as CNS fatigue, etc?

i cant wait to start this training system. Ronnie gave me some good input and has sold me on this concept. As soon as my gift comes in the mail, im hitting this head on.

1) During both the blast and cruise you can use another low rep set instead of a medium rep set.
2) It can help break strength plateausas as you advance with Slingshot Training-hence more muscle size over-time if it does not irritate your joints and it's done in good form. Some will find that 2 heavy sets per workout is too hard on their joints, especially some of the trainers over 30 years of age.

i get it now... im seeing that i already incorporate some of the techniques in this training method in my own... truly something to think about
