    Upper And Inner Chest

    The lower part of my chest and outter has feeled in pretty good. I need help with my inner and upper. On chest day I start out with inclines. I also train chest twice a week. On days that I do shoulders Ill do incline bench press, and push ups untill faluire. Any tips?

    when doing incline dumbless,, at the top of the rep almost touch the dumbells together and sqeeze em hard,, also for the cable station,, when pullys are set low,, cross each hands at the end of rep,, alternate hand on top of hand with each rep

    try that for a bit see if it helps out

    I work out at home so im limited on what to use
