    Need Major Help!!!!

    rite i need sum help wiv how to lose my fat ass & thighs
    i put on alot of weight recently n my ass has gone f*****g huge,

    iv started working out again a few months ago,and im loseing weight around the rest of my body but not in either of these places

    i have 2 do sumthing about it,its ruining my life basicaly.
    im paranoid 24/7, no jeans or trousers fit i cant realy do anything without thinking about it

    please help with any pacific exercises i can do or suggestions if its a medical problem?

    im on clen now jus got to 120 a day,i know i gota wait a while 2 start seeing proper results but jus wonderd if anything else woud help
    also cnt find anywhere 2 get DNP from

    hows the diet? what do you eat and how much? whats your work out routine

    MON-FRI(weekends off)
    wake up about 9

    9am - 45 mins cardio

    10am - whey protein shake,egg whites/porridge(oatmeal)

    12.30pm - 2 tins of tuna and salad/fruit

    2.30/3pm - chicken/fish/steak wiv veg/salad or maybe small amount of brown rice

    4/5pm - workout weights + 20 mins cardio

    PWO - whey protein shake

    7,30/8.30pm - chicken/fish/steak veg

    casein protein shake before bed

    i do drink ocasionaly but not alot and never beer or sweet drinks(only ocasionaly do i drink at all)

    if i cheat i do it on a weekend and its probly a burger or something
