more optimal?
is it better to do 12 or 15 sets of larger muscle groups? like 15 sets of chest, shoulder, back, and legs for each respected day. i used to do 12 but then heard 15 was also good to so i just want to see what you guys think is better and what you guys do

for size your going to want to stay in 8-12 rep range with 45-60 second recovery. For strength 6 reps or lower 2-3min recovery. As far as how many sets mix it up every 21-28 days your body adapts very easy. Most great trainers and strength coaches will tell you the best workout is the one your not doing.
