ok dudes, i was just wondering what is considered a good military press, all this talk i hear about benching, never anything about the military press. which I think is just a good a sign of strength/power as the bench. When I do military press I sit down on my bench and just grip it from there sitting down, I can do 155 about 15 times on my first set depending on the lift off , I thought that was pretty good til my friend whos 5'5(really built) but never works out repped out about 6? so whats the standard for seated military press...im 6'4 205 can bench 315
