    traps question?

i am lacking in the traps alot. i just want to know a good workout to build your traps? i work out traps very hard but they just dont grow. also, do you workout traps on back day or shoulder day? also, how many times per week should you train traps to get them huge?

I used to do Upright rows but I've found that heavy Dumbbell shrugs do it for me.. I don't like the grip o the Barbells... And I do them on Shoulder day

Once you start deadlifting enough, you really won`t have to hit your traps directly.

I do them on back day after deadlifts. Try heavy dumbbell shrugs and hold at the top for a few seconds and you should see improvement.

Use once a week as a baseline and hit them twice a week on occasion. Traps need quite a bit of volume if they are a lagging area. Try 8-10 sets once a week using 2 exercises for 4-5 sets a piece. Start with seated dumbbell shrugs and finish with standing barbell shrugs or cables.
