Workout Routine?
I just got some test 350 and deca 300. Im taking 1cc of test and 1cc of deca on mondays and thursdays. Just took my first shot monday. I was wondering how much should I workout. At the moment Im workingout every day hitting every muscle hard every day. Is this too much strain and not enought recovery time. Do I need to let my muscles recover every other day? Or should I keep on the same routine that Im on. I have read on this site that you should only work a muscle every eight days. I shouldnt have to rest that much being on the gear im on right? Need help dont want to over train or undertrain.

Being on gear doesn't mean that your muscles can't get overtrained, so I suggest to not train everyday as you're doing now, but to train a max of two days straight, then rest a day, or train 1 day on, 1 day off, the best protocol for me.

I think the one day on and one day off sounds like the best for me. Ill give it a try. I appreciate it.
