I just got some test 350 and deca 300. Im taking 1cc of test and 1cc of deca on mondays and thursdays. Just took my first shot monday. I was wondering how much should I workout. At the moment Im workingout every day hitting every muscle hard every day. Is this too much strain and not enought recovery time. Do I need to let my muscles recover every other day? Or should I keep on the same routine that Im on. I have read on this site that you should only work a muscle every eight days. I shouldnt have to rest that much being on the gear im on right? Need help dont want to over train or undertrain.
