Thread: Good workout??

    Good workout??

    So just seeing if you guys think my workout is good, or if something needs to chanage. I'm on 500mg test E 600mg EQ and 50mg a day winny. Keep in mind I work construction and I very intense trade..
    Monday- Shoulders 3 different excersises 4 sets at 7-10 reps..
    Tuesday- Arms 4 different excersises 4 sets 7-10 tri and bi..
    Wed-Off
    Thrusday-abs and legs 3 different excersises 3 sets as many as possible for both
    Friday-Chest 4 different excersises 4 sets 7-10 reps

    Saturday-back 3 different exercsises 4 sets 7-10 reps
    Sunday- OFF

    IMO I find that its best to do my major muscle groups first in the week when my body is freshest. By friday especially in your trade you should be pretty worn out so your bigger muscles are pretty fatigued. I do back, chest, legs, shoulder,arms, all different days but in that order
