    cardio/lifting question

is it bad to do cardio directly after you lift? i mean will it effect your gains?

is it ok to do this or is it better to do cardio and lift at seperate times

    thanks

I've always done cardio after i finish lifting. After lifting, your GH is higher so the reward is better(I think.) Also, i usually wait only like a couple minutes before going to cardio, not much of a wait.
