everyone's different. every 3 days would be overkill for me. I do a 4 on 1-2 off. if you're feeling overtrained then I'd switch it up.... change ain't always bad

Once a week, everything you do in the gym works your arms except legs, and even thoughs can make your arms bigger.

I don't do an arm day. I do bi's with back and tri's with chest. I'm thinking about starting an arm day but I really want to bring my chest up to speed first...if that's even possible.

Right now I am doing bis & tris together once a week in a superset format for two diffrenet exercises each. I then do one exercise for my tris after a chest workout and a bi exercise after a back workout. These are usually strip sets so I can get as much of a pump as possible into them. I think it is working fairly well for me.

In the past just one day a week of bis & tris worked well, but I wanted to try something new and see hwo my body responded to it.

I usually hit only 1 -2 sets of bi after back and the same goes for tris on chest day. Havent had a day solely for arms in some time now. Works ok, I dont have HUGE arms, but then again Im not the biggest guy either.
