    Which workout is better?overtraining?

    Hey just a quick question,
I usually do cardio on wednesdays but want to put more emphasis on my chest/bicepts, but dont want to overtrain them, so could someone take a quick look and tell me which workout would be better. Thanks in advance.

    Monday: Chest/tri
    Tuesday:Legs
    Wednesday:Chest/bi
    Thursday:Shoulders/calfes
    Friday:Back/bi

    or....

    Monday: Legs
    Tuesday: Chest/tri
    Wednesday: Rest/off day
    Thursday:Back/bi
    friday: Shoulders/calfes

I am starting a cycle soon and want to get the best possible growth and training out of my time. Can't train on weekends due to work.

    Cheers

I have found that if I put my arms together in one day I get even better results then piggy backing them with my chest and back. Granted it will add another day to your routine but it is worth it for me.

IMO yes, every muscle once a week, or spit them in a reasonable way.
Like front delts, rear delts OR front legs, rear legs and so on.

your second option is the best, training each bp more than once a week can be done if fatigue and volume can be managed but training arms twice a week is a waste.

depending on wether you have any week points training compounds will help your arms grow, then just finish them off with a few good sets.
