    Shoulders... Need HELP!

    What are the best workouts to define my shoulders? I have always had a problem with them...I cant seem to make them stand out as much as I want to.

    can't tell you much...you're not giving us much to go on.

    What exercises are you currently doing for 'em and how?

    to define usually you have to do high reps and concentration exercises.

    To define my shoulders i superset lat raises and high reps on clean and press and shrugs. That does the job for me !

    I never lower my weight on military press positions or superset and keep things strict just to keep the bulk and shape..

    If you post some pics we can offer you better advice and what need developing...

    Also what is your Body Fat %? If that is too high you won't see the definition you want in your shoulders.
