Just read the GodFathers thread and thought it might be a good idea to post up my workout schedule.
I usually work out 5 days a week, sometimes 4 if I'm too busy with school.
First, I have wrestling practice 4 days a week for 2 hours a day. This is what I count as my cardio because it is mostly intense movement the entire time...anyone who has wrestled will know what I mean.
As for the lifting, I try to only work one muscle group per day. So, a typical example would be:
Bicep day
-4 sets preacher curls
-4 sets iso curls
-4 sets hammer curls
-4 sets straight bar curls
-4 sets of 21's
I generally do the first two sets in reps of 10-12 with medium weight and then the last two sets in reps of 8-10 with increasingly heavier weight. I rest for about 45 seconds in between sets and try to keep a sweat going the entire time.
My week usually goes something like this: Bis, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Tris, Chest. So, because there are six sections, there one muscle group gets bumped to a different day every week.
