    Chest and Bicep/ticep

Well I have be working my chest out and it is getting bigger, But at the time I work it out or the next day I feel fine, If anything my arm hurt more at the time, My form is pretty good up 1,2sec down 1,2sec and pretty straight.

Now for MY BICEP/bicep. for some reason we are have this problem I think, were one arm is bigger then the other, In my case mine are 1/2inch deferents. What is the best lift to make them even.

when you begin your bicep workout, use the priority principle. This is training the bodypart that is your main priority(hence the name) so do dumbell curls with your left arm before your right, along with any other curls that involve single-arm(preacher, concentration curls, hammer culrs,etc...)
