well...for shoulders(id suggest) doing some clean and presses, heavy seated presses(like 5-6 reps at most) and some seated dumbell presses(5-6 reps at most.) I also do heavy bent-over lateral rows(5-6 reps) Also, take about 2 min. rest periods. For chest, just do heavy bench press(5-6 reps), incline barbell and dumbell press(5-6 reps for both) and id suggest five sets for all of the workouts i just named, thats what i'd do for upper body, just train arms normally(my opinon)

basically just lift heavy and shoot for reps in the 6-10 range
eat a lot of protien, carbs, fats and eat every 2-3 hours
make sure you let your body rest everyones body is different but i let each muscle group rest for 4 days sometime 5

if your tying to gain good mass for your upper body.what works best for me is not only working your upper body with heavy weight but also a good mass builder for entire body will be heavy squats dead lifts shoulders and chest work the other muscles as well just keep in mind you can not build a house on a weak foundation.

Make sure you do compound movements for all you body parts. Examples of this would be bench press, squats, dead-lifts, etc. Personally, I like to vary my rep ranges but I've read that maximal hypertrophy takes place between 6 - 12 reps.
