    Pb was telling me to cut down on Carbs and up EFA's and Protein cause ppl with midsecton BF he knows don't handle higher Carbs in their diet too well. I'm gonna try it soon...

    Yeah the only thing ab work will do is tighten up yer ab muscles to suck it in a little better, but it's diet and cardio that really make a difference

    ^^^ you can have a ripped 8pak and 4 in of fat over them. Cardio and diet.

    im in the same boat as you jesusf3055, its so annoying. but im bulking so its just ganna have to wait there till i go on a bit of a diet, im trying to keep it as minimal as i can by doing "some" cardio, by that i mean maybe twice a week, just getting out the ol skipping rope and skipping for 20 or so mins. and at gym after my workout i do some bridges and so on just to tighten up my core.

    ditto with everyone. Diet and Cardio.

    no exercises for spot reduction... cosmetic surgery will do that.
