I found rear delts to be the key, it seemed to improve my posture and standing taller with shoulders back makes me look wide.

    arnold press,
    side lateral raises with dumbell
e.g. 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg.. do 8 reps of 5kg, then do 7.5kg for 8 reps then do 10kg for 8 reps then drop down to 7.5kg try and do another 8 reps and back down to 5kg and try to do another 8 reps. and that is 1 set.. u should do 3 sets..u will get a massive pump straight. after did them 2day freaked out how pumped up they were. and my side delts are sore 8 hours after my work out which rarely happens. hope this helps.
then the week after that just just heavy side laterals just enough weight to push out 10 good reps. do 4 sets its always good to keep ur body guessing especially on lagging body parts. another thing to do is to do ur side laterals first up in ur workout when ur fresh and more focused

somebody said thar wide delts is the key. This is true but dont forget to get in your front delts, you dont want to have a big "kink in your armour" so to say(dont want to have big delts and have little front delts)

damn, Im going to bump a 4 month old thread but for wider shoulders menaing increasing the distance from the end of one to the end of the other your middle delts and rear delts have to get blasted. IMO the best you could do for middle delts are upright rows with strict form and rep ranges between 12-15 for about 5 sets.
a good all around shoulder workout for growth for me would be

arnold presses, warm up 2 sets working set 4x6-8 heavy presses
upright rows 5x12-15 perfect form is important
rear delt machine 5x20 light with squeez at the end
    front delt raises 5x12
I usually do dips at the end but I do delts/chest/tris on the same day so I will o dips very last until absolute failure

perfrom this only 1x per week

    - In arnold press do you go down and twist until the DBs are lower than your chin with your palms facing you? Do yo slightly "tic" each other once their up?

    - What grip do you use for upright rows? I use shoulder width. Anything narrower really kills my wrists.

Yeah go wide grip on the rows, it will help switch the focus to medial delt. I dont do arnolds anymore, but when i did, I found that if I kept the db a little higher when I came down it would keep constant tension on my medial delts instead of coming down below my chin and giving them a little rest....But yeah you have the basic technique down with the way you described them.

Try the ez curl bar(thats what i call it at least) on a cable machine. The angle of the bar will help ease strain on the wrist.
