    training 2

    in short my training currentely revolves around 4 sessions a week
    day 1 chest and quads
    day 2biceps and triceps
    day 3 back and hams and calves
    day 4shoulders and traps

    Am i putting these body parts together in the right training schedule or could i work different body parts on different days to get my optimum out of my training

    there are so many different combinations,variety,and ect to working out.your program looks good frm what i see.imo i would not do my bi's on day 2 if i have to do back the next on day 3. just for my bi's will be fatigued and i do not want to over train such a small muscle not to mention i could not get a the massive back work out i came for on the 3rd day of my program.maybe have a day off in between 2,3.jmo bro!..
