How much cardio is recommended weekly and how long for while on a bulking cycle?
IMO, low-medium intensity cardio 3X a week in the AM on empty stomach for 45 mins
no recommended amount. totally depends on how you handle the excess calories. if you start putting on a lil fat then you can start the cardio. depends on the individual. many do ZERO cardio when bulking, others do morning cardio religiously throughout, depends on you.
