ok i haven been take xplode in my work outs i am not seeing thatm any results (been taking it for 3 months now) and i am 16 years old i am thinking about takeing steriods but idk yet how it will effect me

well if you dont no what steroids do to the body then you clearly havent researched. i promise you at your age steroids are not what your looking for. you need a diet. everybody on this forum that uses steroids know how to eat and are very edjacated.

ya this 1 go to the diet section. great threads there. alright look for new posts right next to calender and search. click that look all the way to the left and when you see diet click on it and there you go if you dont see it post again before your suspended

you will most likey be suspended for a couple years because you have to be 18 to be a member. Read up and eat and train right, if you are 6'4 and 220lbs at 16 you have a lot of room for potential.

i say no. eat powderd oats and 2 scoops of whey protien and you should see more benifit

xplode works if taken rite.. i get crazy pumps from it and recommend it to everyone.
should be taken on empty stomach 30mins before workouts. to build your tolorence tryin takin 2 scoops. also needs to be takin any time of the day on empty stomach on non workout days too.

nitrix, xplode and cell mass work great together

You have to be 18 years old to be a member here. You may return when you are 18.
